AMIYAA intends to provide a safe, informative, enabling and stimulating space for everyone to get meal ideas, plan their meals, perform related activities viz., shopping, prepping, and also to learn, share and discuss their passion for food and cooking. However, AMIYAA does not take any responsibility for the content hosted on the website or the mobile application. Thus, for instance, it is your responsibility to ensure and take into consideration any individual diet requirement, allergies and sensitivities to various ingredients while planning your meals from the information provided in the mobile application. There is no warranty regarding the accuracy of any information which will be shared on ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. We also make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on the website or the mobile applications is accurate, complete or up-to-date and we accept no responsibility for any reliance you may place on such content.

We expect that such use will be confined to exploring recipes and cooking videos and saving such links on the mobile application. In other words, AMIYAA does not offer any warranty concerning the offerings of such third-party websites or links.

However, we do expect that you take care to adopt appropriate safe practices to ensure that you do not affect the working of the website or mobile application by way of any virus or malware.

The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration will be Delhi.

These terms will be governed by the laws of India.
